Before your pup hops aboard the K9 Chauffeur express, we make sure they feel right at home! Our Meet and Greet is a personalized visit to your home before their first ride, giving us a chance to bond, answer any questions, and let your pup explore the bus. This way, when the big day comes, they’ll be ready to ride with confidence and tail-wagging excitement!

Our team is composed of highly qualified, trained professionals who are K9 First Aid and CPR certified. To provide the best care on the road, we staff each bus with a dedicated K9 Concierge. This attentive team member ensures the dogs are happy and safe throughout the journey, assists with loading and unloading, and provides extra care while the Chauffeur focuses on road safety.

Sit-and-Wait Fee: If you need us to stay with your pet during their vet visit, we offer a “Sit-and-Wait” service for $50 per hour (minimum one hour). This fee is in addition to the cost of the trip.
Convenient Pick-Up and Drop-Off, Right at Your Doorstep
At K9 Chauffeur, we make transportation effortless for you and your pup. Choose between one-way or round-trip services to fit your needs. If your dog is heading to daycare, you’ll select either the morning block, afternoon block, or both. Morning pick-ups happen between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM, and your pup will be safely transported to the dog daycare of your choice (within a 10-mile radius of your home). After a day of fun, we’ll bring them back home between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM, happy and secure. If you’re unavailable during these times, simply provide us with the necessary access codes or key to ensure seamless pick-up and drop-off. Please note that timing may vary due to traffic or the number of dogs in transit.
Safety Comes First
All dogs must wear a harness with a back attachment to be securely buckled in during the ride. For pups who prefer a cozier space, we offer a range of crate sizes to accommodate their comfort and safety.
